Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Luzan Farm, we value your trust and understand that sometimes travel plans may need to change. Our cancellation and refund policies are designed to be fair and transparent, ensuring a smooth experience for all our guests.
- Standard Cancellation Policy
- Full Refund (100%):
Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the scheduled check-in date will receive a full refund of the booking amount. - Partial Refund (50%):
Cancellations made between 3 to 6 days before the check-in date will be eligible for a 50% refund. - No Refund:
Cancellations made less than 3 days before the check-in date or in case of no-show, will not be eligible for any refund.
- Date Modification Policy
- Date changes can be requested up to 3 days before check-in and are subject to availability.
- If the new booking dates have higher rates, the guest will be required to pay the difference.
- In case of non-availability on requested dates, the original booking cancellation policy will apply.
- Early Check-out / Shortened Stay
- No refunds will be provided for early departures, shortened stays, or unused nights after check-in.
- Guests are encouraged to plan their stay duration carefully before confirming bookings.
- Group Bookings & Festive Periods
- For group bookings (more than 3 rooms) and peak season dates (festivals, long weekends, holidays), a minimum of 14 days' notice is required for cancellations to qualify for any refund.
- A non-refundable surcharge may apply for special event packages or festive bookings.
- Force Majeure Events
- In case of unavoidable events like natural calamities, government restrictions, health emergencies, or travel bans, Luzan Farm will offer:
- A free rescheduling of the booking within a defined validity period.
- Or a credit voucher for the full booking amount, usable for a future stay.
- Refunds in such cases are at the sole discretion of Luzan Farm management.
- Refund Timeline & Method
- All eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of cancellation.
- Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment only.
- Luzan Farm is not liable for delays caused by bank or payment gateway processing times.
