1. Role of Luzan Farm
   Luzan Farm provides an online platform for booking farm stays and related accommodations. All property details are for reference only and may vary slightly on arrival.
2. Booking & Liability
   Bookings are confirmed based on availability. In case of technical errors or unavailability, Luzan Farm may offer an alternate stay or refund the booking amount. We are not liable for service quality issues or denied check-ins due to guest policy violations.
3. Guest Responsibilities
   Guests must carry valid ID and be at least 18 years old to check in. Any damage caused to the property must be compensated by the guest. Check-in/out times follow Luzan Farm policies and extra charges may apply for early/late check-out.
4. Extra Charges
   The booking fee covers only the stay (and meals, if specified). Additional services like extra food, activities, laundry, etc., are chargeable. Festive surcharges may apply and must be paid at the farm.
5. Payment Terms
   Bookings can be prepaid or paid at the property. Accurate card details are required. Luzan Farm may cancel bookings with invalid payment info. A security deposit may be requested at check-in.
