Refund & Cancellation Policy

Guest Cancellations

1. Cancellations must be made via email or phone.
2. Cancellations made 7 days or more before check-in: Full refund (excluding transaction charges).
3. Cancellations made 3 - 6 days before check-in: 50% refund.
4. Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in or no-shows: No refund.

Early Check-Out

No refunds will be issued for early departures or unused nights once check-in is completed.

Cancellation by Luzan Farm

In the rare event Luzan Farm cancels a confirmed booking (e.g., maintenance or unforeseen circumstances), guests may choose between:

1. A full refund, or
2. A rescheduled stay at no extra charge (subject to availability).

Refund Method

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7 - 10 business days after confirmation.

Non-Refundable Offers

Bookings made under special rates or promotions are non-refundable unless specifically stated otherwise.
