Introduction

Welcome to Luzan Farm Heritage Home Stay. By accessing, booking, or using our website and services, you agree to comply with our Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.

Accommodation and Booking Policy

1. All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.
2. Guests must provide accurate personal details and contact information during booking.
3. A valid government-issued photo ID is required for all guests at check-in.
4. Check-in time: 2:00 PM onwards | Check-out time: 11:00 AM (unless otherwise agreed).
5. Luzan Farm reserves the right to cancel bookings made with false or misleading information.

Payment Policy

1. Full payment must be made prior to or at check-in, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Accepted payment methods include online transfers, credit/debit cards.
3. Applicable taxes and service charges will be borne by the guest as per government regulations.

Guest Conduct

1. Guests must maintain decorum and respect for the property, staff, and other guests.
2. Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas.
3. Illegal substances, loud noise, or disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited.
4. Guests will be charged for any damage or loss caused to property or furnishings.

Liability Disclaimer

1. Luzan Farm is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of guest belongings.
2. Guests are responsible for their personal safety within the premises.
3. Luzan Farm shall not be liable for any injury, illness, accident, or death during the stay, except as required by law.

Force Majeure

Luzan Farm will not be held liable for failure to provide services due to natural disasters, government restrictions, or other events beyond reasonable control.

Modification of Terms

Luzan Farm reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Punjab, India.
